BOHC Member pricing and refund

Member pricing and refund policy for the 2011- 2012 Season (all amounts quoted include the HST) Before the season begins 1. If a player retires from full time play or leaves the club prior to the start of the season the max refund the player will receive is the amount paid, less a non refundable $40.00 for admin/social fees 2. New members will pay up to maximum of $590.00. ($610.00 with Credit Card) a. If you are currently a pool player the additional fee is $535.000
Once the season begins
3. Once the Winter Hockey season begins we will refund at the rate of $10.70 per game. 4. For the replacement player the fee per game is $10.70 5. Refunds will only be issued once a replacement player has been placed on a team. Credit Cards· For the 2011 -2012 season BOHC will begin accepting Visa and MasterCard (we do not accept American Express or Debit Card
· Payments with a Credit Cards will be charged the full amount at the time of registration
· If paying with a credit card you must register in person so we can scan the card.
· All refunds will be by cheque only.
