Congratulations to the White Snowflakes

Congratulations to Brad Hilson and his White Snowflakes for defeating Glen Cameron’s Blue Line Knitting Club in an exciting final at Central Arena. The Snowflake’s Paul Geenlee was awarded the game’s MVP with an honourable mention to Doug Craig for his outstanding goaltending throughout the playoffs.
I would like to thank all the captains I have had the pleasure of working with over the last two years as convenor. You guys are the ones that really make everything run smoothly. A special thanks to Tim Canham for helping me on a consistant basis & for looking after all the stats etc. And to the hardest working guy in the division Kevin Whittall, our pool manager, thank you for all your time.
We are fortunate to have Brian Smith & Terry Thorpe taking over the convevor’s role as I move into a position on the Board of Directors. I trust everyone will work closely with Brian & Terry to make the transition as smooth as possible.
