Greetings:
In case you hadn’t noticed, we are 3/4 of the way through the season and the race for Division supremacy is really getting tight. Team 62 (White) is handing on by its’ collective fingernails. After Team 61 (Green), only 6 points separates the other teams. Anything can, and usually does, happen!

The annual BOHC Invitational Tournament begins Feb. 23 (next week). If they haven’t already done so, the Captains will be canvassing for representatives to assist with 2-hour shifts on Sunday, Feb. 27. Please volunteer! And, if you have some time to kill, come out and see some good hockey or at least different from our style. In the meantime, support the tournament by selling or buying raffle tickets. There is always a great prize table!

The Divisional Awards Night is being discussed and plans are underway for another GREAT evening. We’ll give you more details are plans proceed. Celebrate the end of the “warm-up” season and the start of the Round Robin - where all that matters is on the line. The awards night is open to all Grey Division players - full time and poolies.

Very shortly, each teams’ Management (Captains and Assistants) will be rating each player’s skills and abilities. This information will be used, at the end of the year, to determine any player movements between divisions and for the divisional draft of teams for 2011-2012.
