Green Division

Season Progressing nicely

Gentlemen,
As we enter into the final fifteen games of the regular season
it has been confirmed that every team in the Green division will definitely make the playoffs.
The majority of our games are very close and could be won by either team.
Team Green/Grey have proven to be the class of the Green Division and will
undoubtedly be the team everyone is gunning for in the playoffs.
Great to see that we are getting our penalty situation under control.
Please try and remember that the referees are club members too and are trying
their best at all times to call a good game. Also, the young scorekeepers have sensitive
ears and should never have to listen to any verbal abuse directed at either them or
the referees.
Our BOHC tournament starts on February 23rd to February 26th.It is our major fund raiser
for The Carpenter Hospice and helps to reduce our league fees.Congratulations to all
Green Division members for having each team sell at least ten books of tickets.
Way to go men !! This is the first time that the Green Division has hit this mark.
It is wonderful to see our organization support the community to this extent.
Please be sure to support the tournament by volunteering your time or even attending
some of the games.Good luck to our Green Division members who are playing in
the tournament also.
Enjoy the rest of the regular season.Captains keep up the great work.
It is awesome to have players continually say they are enjoying their
team mates and the good spirit throughout our Green Division.
Keep the hockey clean and have a great playoff.
