Gold Division March Update

Just a few more games before the round robin starts. Good luck to every one.

We had a successful BOHC Invitational Tournament last month. The Gold Division entered 4 teams and all but 1 game was decided by a goal. Team Steve Burford battled back to play against team Eric McCarthy in the final. Team Eric prevailed to win. Our newest goalie Michael Sicard was the MVP stonewalling his opponents.

The gold division helped this year’s BOHC Invitational Tournament by helping out behind the bar, same as last year. Thank you to all that helped. Next year lets double our volunteers to the point of turning away people that want to help

We have had more than our share of injuries and illness this year. The following people had to drop back to the pool recently:

Dennis Sauriol has been in and out of hospital and is not doing well, give him a call at home, he wants to hear from his Old Timer friends. Also Bob Metcalf is currently in hospital and not doing well, our best wishes and hope go out to both these Old Timers.

Congratulations to Moe Bradley who will be the 2011/2012 Convener. Moe has held BOHC Executive positions and has heard more than his share of whining while tending BAR, these 2 positions will make the job of Convener very easy. Please join us in welcoming him in his new role, go easy on him! Moe will name his Co-Convener in his first BLOG

Lastly, we are still looking for volunteers please let me know how you want to help. Ask not what BOHC can do for you, ask what you can do for BOHC. I have a list of names for potential captains, however, we would like to see a much larger list to hand to Moe and let him make the decisions.

Next years fees are $590 - $290 May 1st, $300 Sept 1st. Or by Visa/Mastercharge one time payment of $610
