Black Division
New Season Begins

Another exciting season is just a few weeks away. With many new faces in the division. For those of you not aware we had a downward swing this season with twenty players going to the Green division and twenty coming to us from White. It makes for a good mix of players, I think the division should be quicker this season.
I’d like to welcome all returning players back as well as all the players coming from White. Hope everyone had a great summer. For all the new players (here on referred to as Rookies) welcome to the league. I think you’ll find this league has a great atmosphere and a superb place to meet new friends while having a lot of fun.
This division is run by the six Captains, four which are returning from last season. Chris Hill team #31 Michael Ashley-Smith team #32, Rod Ireland team #34 and Steve Hunt team #35. The two new Captains are Ted Johnston team #33 and John Bowers team #36. All six are great guys dedicated to making sure everyone has fun and plays safe.
I’ll remind everyone of the stag night for our division at the club Friday Sept 23rd 7 pm. Come out meet your new Captain and teammates. We’ll be handing out team socks and jersey along with this season’s player’s booklet on this night.
