Gentlemen
The teams are balanced and the standings reflect that, I’m noticing that guys are having fun out there joking with each other on the ice and that’s basically what it’s all about!!
Again our division was struck with the injury bug, we’ve had six players move to the pool due to injuries. The pool players have stepped right up and filled the voids nicely. Our pool is looking really good and while I’m on the subject of the pool please help me welcome our new Pool Convenor Doug Weeks from team 34 (black team) it’s a tough position and Doug is doing a great job.
Black team again leads the division with Gold a few points behind, the Green and Red teams are having a nice battle for the middle of the division with Teal and White coming up behind.
Any team on any given night can win. I’ve seen it, all it takes is good team play which we’re all capable of.
Just want to remind everyone the holiday season is here and with it comes the Ride Program. I don’t think I have to say much more on that.
The Ham and Turkey at the Legion was a great time, some great table prizes were awarded. Next up is the invitational, this is the biggest fund raiser the club has. Lets purchase as many tickets a possible and for those of you who can donate prizes for the table please do. It’s all for a great cause!
That’s about all I have for now keep up the great play, it’s been a lot of fun so far. It takes good people to make the division what it is today. And this is a great division thanks to all of you.
